Branching Out (14)

Welcome back to another exciting edition of Branching Out. This is a feature which focuses on bloggers. Anyone can be a part of this, you just have to answer some simple questions for me, so that we can all get to know you better. This week my special guest is Danielle of Opinionated? Me?, and we are starting something new:

Instead of listing three random things for me, Danielle has given me 3 truths and a lie. If you are interested in winning some swag, please leave me a comment letting me know which one is the lie. One lucky winner will be announced on Friday.

Name/Screen Name: Danielle
Blog: Opinionated? Me? (http://readingwatchingliving.blogspot.com)

1. Tell us about your blog.
My blog usually consist of book and movie reviews, with the occasional meme or guest post. I love horror and supernatural fiction, and could mainly be described as a Mega-Fangirl. I'm pretty new to the blogespshere, but I already have a few author interviews and ARCs under my belt.

2. What is your favorite part about having a blog?
I guess meeting other people who like the same things I do. Try finding a reader in New Jersey, I dare you.

3. If you were stranded on an island and could only have three books, what would they be?
Hm...James and the Giant Peach, because I've already read it like six times...an anthology of all the Narnia books...and...hm...I guess some sort of Batman comic.

4. Who is your favorite author or genre... or both?
Favorite author: Richard Matheson. Favorite genre: horror

5. What are you reading right now?
Pastworld by Ian Beck.

6. If I wasn't blogging, I would be...
Reading, of course =]

7. Name some of your favorite blogs.
I really enjoy The Book Smugglers and Princess Bookie, and The Story Siren

8. What are 3 truths and a lie about you?
1. I live in New Jersey
2. I have an identical twin sister
3. I had a triplet who died at birth.
4. I've had seven different hair colors, not counting highlights or extensions

I'm going to guess that the 3rd statement is the lie.

Cool idea!

I'm going to have to say that I think the third is a lie; she didn't have a triplet that died at birth.
Although I can't help but wonder if she did, and she's trying to trick us.
This is a great idea!

I'm going to say the fourth statement, maybe you've had more than seven? or slightly less? lol I did a trick question like that once, so that's the one I'm going with.

This is fun. I always enjoy Dannie's blog. I'm guessing #4 is the lie. Wouldn't your hair have fallen out by now?

Great idea and post!

We used to play this game on the dorms as an ice breaker. I'm going to guess the third statement is a lie.

I'm going with number 4 as the lie. This is very tough!
