Lately, I have found myself wanting to talk to other book lovers about the books I have been reading. Sadly, I have found no where to do this. Yes, I have had a numerous conversations with others via Twitter and emails, but that just is not enough for me. I really wanted a place that I am comfortable, so I decided to create the Neverending YA Talk forum. It is my hope that book lovers of all ages will be able to gather together to converse about books and bookish things in a relaxing environment. The forum is very basic at the moment since I am very new to this medium. But if you would like to suggest categories, topics, or anything else, I am very open to hearing what you have to say.
I am also thinking about starting a book club. If you are interested in this, please leave me a comment with December reading suggestions.
Based on the forum's popularity, I will be looking for moderators in the near future. Right now, I am hoping that two will be enough. If you are interested, please leave a comment or email me at neverendingshelf(at)gmail(dot)com with why you would like to be a mod and if you have any forum experience. Please note it is not required to have forum experience to apply.

Great idea, Kate! If you can't find the right circumstances, make your own.

Forum sounds cool - I would sign up, but I gave up forums as my new year's resolution this year. So maybe in 2010. You should totally start a book club, though!
I'll be lurking as time allows. Any book discussion about YA adds to the fun. Read and rave on!
